Climate Change Breakfast Event

Find out about funding to save your business money on energy costs!

Rossendale Council is hosting a free breakfast event for local businesses to promote awareness and share information about grants and actions being taken locally to help reduce the carbon footprint in Rossendale.

The climate emergency is happening now, and businesses can and must play their part in helping to reduce energy consumption and waste.

This event will provide businesses with useful help and information on positive actions they can take now and demonstrate what Rossendale business can do to make a difference.

There will be information on grants available to small & medium size businesses, including retail businesses, that can help minimise your energy and waste consumption, e-charging possibilities and active travel information.

You will hear from the Chamber Low Carbon Team on how to access our free energy efficiency consultancy, Rossendale Council on what grants are available and how to apply for them, and from a couple of Rossendale businesses who have already taken advantage of some of these measures.

Tea, coffee, soft drinks and breakfast pastries will be available.
